Cookies

We currently do not use (our own) cookies in the provision of our website.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content which you send to us as the website operator, for example orders and enquiries, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser’s address bar switching from “http://” to “https://” and the padlock icon in the browser bar.

If the SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data which you communicate to us cannot be read by third parties (end-to-end encryption). The logs authenticate the communication partner and ensure the integrity of the transported data.

In all other cases the processing will be based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries sent to us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

The data provided by you in the e-mail will remain with us until you ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent for it to be stored or the purpose for which it is stored no longer exists (e.g. after we have finished working on your enquiry). Date: September 2024

Dr. Hannes Klühs, Notary in Düsseldorf

After completing my studies and legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main, I worked from 2004 to 2007 as a research assistant at the Institute for Banking and Capital Markets Law at the J.W.G. University in Frankfurt am Main for Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Theodor Baums and at the Institute for Law and Finance (ILF). In 2006, I was awarded a doctorate from the University of Leipzig for my dissertation. During my trainee notary service, I worked in my current offices with the notaries Dr. Jörg Tröder and Johanna Brücker in Düsseldorf and from 2009 I was seconded to the German Notary Institute in Würzburg (DNotI) as a consultant. In 2013, I was appointed notary for life in Düsseldorf. In 2019, I founded the partnership brücker & klühs, notaries in Düsseldorf with notary Johanna Brücker. Since her retirement in 2024, I have continued the notary's office alone as her successor in office. I also keep the files of various other notaries. You can find a list here.
